The ultimate goal of the present study, is to identify the factors that increase liveability in the regeneration of historic contexts. So, the present study is applied in strategy; Because by using the results of studies, historic textures can be saved from deterioration and returned to urban life. On the other hand, in this study, according to its objectives, by adopting a qualitative research method, in particular, the analytical-descriptive research method has been used. The results of this study have led to the fact that several factors such as improving security, improving urban services and facilities, proper access to public transportation, strengthening the sense of belonging to a place, and improving health status increase the liveability of historic contexts. These factors will not only increase the quality of life in these textures but also preserve them as a historical heritage.
