It was a daily or weekly meeting place for people with different beliefs and convictions. With the expansion of the city of Shiraz and the changes in the physical borders of the city, the historical context around the shrine has been the target of development and conservation from the approved programs of the administrators since 1951. After the destruction of a large part of the historical context of Shiraz under the pretext of the revitalization plan, 57 hectares of textures near the Holy Shrine of Seyyed Alauddin Hossein were about to be destroyed in 2021. This plan has not been implemented until now despite the efforts of experts and knowledgeable people. Owing to people’s awareness of the performance of Astana and Shahcheragh, and their sanctity,  the question is the destruction of the boundaries of the two shrines and their connection can be done at what purpose and at what cost, by the city managers who are the trusted representatives of the people? In the belief of Muslims, religious spaces and the sanctum of religious spaces for the purification of the soul and experiencing the predominance of the spiritual atmosphere of the space. Can a place of pilgrimage be called Bayn al-Haramayn while commercial use is not in line with religious and historical context? Can officially prevent the pilgrims from soul purification and encourage them to pay attention to material things. In such an atmosphere, the audience does not seem to be a pilgrims, but a tourist buying necessities and souvenirs.}, keywords = {Shiraz,Bayn al-Haramayn,destruction,Conservation}, title_fa = {توسعۀ تخریبی پروژۀ بین‌الحرمین شیراز}, abstract_fa = {شاهچراغ شیراز به‌مثابة فضای شهری با عملکرد مذهبی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و اقتصادی در شهر سنتی شیراز تا حدود صد سال گذشته به‌عنوان هستة مرکزیِ مذهبی-اجتماعی، میعادگاه مردم با باورها و اعتقاداتشان در طول روز و هفته بود. با گسترش شهر شیراز و تحولات مرزهای کالبدی شهر، بافت تاریخی پیرامون حرم از حدود 1330 شمسی تا کنون آماج حملة توسعه و حفاظت از طرف برنامه‌های مصوب مدیران قرار گرفته است. پس از تخریب بخش اعظمی از بافت تاریخی شیراز به بهانة احیاء، آخرین تیر، طرح تخریب 57 هکتاری بافت در سال 1400 در جوار حرم مطهر سید علاءالدین حسین بود که با تلاش متخصصین و مردم آگاه تا کنون عملی نشده است. با توجه به عملکرد آستانه و شاهچراغ نزد عموم مردم، و تقدس حریم آن، تخریب محدودة دو حرم و اتصال آن‌ها به یکدیگر با چه هدفی و به چه قیمتی، قرار است از طرف مدیران شهری به‌عنوان نماینده‌های معتمد مردم صورت گیرد؟ فضاهای مذهبی و حریم فضاهای مذهبی در باور مسلمانان مکان سیر در انفس و غلبة اتمسفر روحانی فضاست، حال می‌توان با غلبة کاربری تجاری نامأنوس با بافت مذهبی و تاریخی یک مکان زیارتی را اسماً بین‌الحرمین خواند و رسماً زوار را از سیر در انفس بازنمود و به سیر در آفاق تشویق. در چنین فضایی به نظر نمی‌رسد مخاطب زائر باشد، بلکه سیاحی است برای خرید مایحتاج و سوغات.}, keywords_fa = {شیراز,بین‌الحرمین,تخریب,حفاظت}, url = {http://www.jaco-sj.com/article_164080.html}, eprint = {http://www.jaco-sj.com/article_164080_78401f15532cf7f279d0c6ea5b47a1b7.pdf} }
