Some plants or animals in their borders and ecosystems for reasons such as usefulness, abundance, or other things have received so much attention that they have become a symbol and are of special importance in the culture and art of the people. Pomegranate flowers and fruits have a very important place in Iran, which in addition to beauty and prosperity goes back to the ancient Iranian beliefs of worshiping Mehr and Anahita. The purpose of this study is to investigate the evolution of pomegranate flowers in Iranian tiling and tulips in Ottoman Turkey. The present research is historical-analytical. Data including text and images were collected through a library research method. In this regard, historical and documentary studies were conducted on Iranian pomegranate and Ottoman tulip motifs. In this study, after introducing and examining these motifs, the types of flowers that adorn gardens are discussed and their special place in the decorative arts of the region are reviewed. The analysis shows that the role of the tulip is defined in relation to nature and the environment. However, its abundance and variety with the taste of artists have made the tulip a popular flower of the Ottoman sultans. Some other flowers have also been introduced in the review process. Also, some of the existing opinions about flowers have been criticized and new and analytical points have been discussed.}, keywords = {Pomegranate flower,tulip flower,Iran,Ottoman Turkey,tiling,Symbol}, title_fa = {نقش نمادین گل لاله و گل انار در کاشی‌کاری ایران و ترکیۀ عثمانی}, abstract_fa = {در بین اقوام و ملل مختلف و فرهنگ‌های گوناگون عناصری مهم و شاخص تبدیل به نماد و نشانه‌هایی شده‌اند که به گونه‌ای معرف آیین و باورهای ملت یا منطقه و کشوری هستند. برخی از گیاهان یا جانوران در مرز و بوم خود به دلایلی چون سودمندی، فراوانی یا موارد دیگر بسیار مورد توجه واقع شده تا جایی که به نماد و سمبل بدل می‌شوند و در فرهنگ و هنر مردم اهمیت ویژه‌ای می‌یابند. چنانکه گل و میوة انار در ایران جایگاه بسیار مهم و ژَرفی دارد که علاوه بر زیبایی و شکوفایی، به باورهای کهن ایرانیان مبنی بر نیایش مِهر و آناهیتا باز می‌گردد. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی سیر تحول گل انار در کاشی‌کاری ایران و گل لاله در ترکیة عثمانی است. پژوهشِ حاضر به صورت تاریخی – تحلیلی و از طریق جمع‌آوری اطلاعات و اسناد کتابخانه‌ای شامل متن و تصویر بوده است. در این راستا مطالعه و پژوهشی تاریخی و مستند در باب نقوش گل انار ایرانی و گل لالة عثمانی صورت گرفته، که ضمن معرفی و بررسی این نقوش، به نکاتی دربارة انواع گل که زینت‌بخش باغ‌ها بوده و در هنرهای تزیینی منطقه جایگاه ویژه‌ای داشته‌اند اشاره شده است؛ گرچه نقش لاله‌ها برگرفته از طبیعت و محیط بوده، اما وفور و تنوع آن با سلیقه و ذوق هنرمندان سرانجام تبدیل به گل محبوب سلاطین عثمانی شده است. در روند بررسی برخی دیگر از گل‌ها نیز معرفی شده‌اند. همچنین پاره‌ای از نظرات موجود دربارة گل‌ها نیز نقد و به نکات نو و تحلیلی پرداخته شده است.}, keywords_fa = {گل انار,گل لاله,ایران,ترکیۀ عثمانی,کاشیکاری,نماد}, url = {http://www.jaco-sj.com/article_147208.html}, eprint = {http://www.jaco-sj.com/article_147208_ebf1dcba0a829ed3e949f575535e7341.pdf} }
